Who is Carrie Mercy!? That's the million dollar question and G4R caught up with her to find out just that. She's the latest artist to grace our pages and though a little hesitant at first about her talent all doubts were erased after listening to one of her tracks. They say looks can be deceiving but this package carries a one - two knock out punch. Her latest 'Push' is captivating, club inspiring and deceptively fresh. We listen to about a dozen new tracks per day and it's not often one jumps out at us.
I recognize the handy work of producer Steven Valles and Dre Vader and want to give them a plug for finding this diamond in the rough. [Ed note just before publishing this article Carrie hinted toward a Co-Producer status with these guys. -James]. G4R is no stranger to their stable of artists and all have delivered. For struggling up and coming artists trying to get over the hump we recommend contacting them.... best move you can make in the early stages of your career. Check their new page called Status Quo Music Group and get a jump on the competition. They are easy to work with and to be honest most of our featured guests have come from their production company. Great work guys! Ed note: While writing this article Carrie informed us she is a Co Producer/ Engineer in this organization.. kudos lady! We caught up with Carrie recently and wanted to get the scoop first hand on this rising performer. So much I wanted to ask when I first viewed her profile and catalog of songs but will keep it short for the article. We will have a follow up and possible podcast in the future.
